What documents does my pet need to enter the UK?
Your pet must be microchipped, have a valid rabies vaccination, and receive tapeworm treatment 1–5 days before arrival (for dogs). An official EU health certificate issued by an accredited vet is also required.

Which route do you use — Channel Tunnel or ferry?
We use Eurotunnel Le Shuttle as the primary route (35-minute crossing, pets stay in the vehicle). Ferry options are available on request.

Can I travel with multiple pets?
Yes. We can accommodate up to 3 medium-sized pets. For larger groups or bigger animals, please contact us for a bespoke arrangement.

Is this service available for cats and other animals?
Yes — we accommodate dogs, cats and small animals such as rabbits. Please inform us of your pet type at the time of booking.
