Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By making a booking with Pasha Travel UK, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings

All bookings must be made in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or our website contact form.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Pasha Travel UK.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate pickup/drop-off details, dates, and times.
Pasha Travel UK reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Fixed prices are provided at the time of booking and will not change unless the journey details are amended.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, tolls, parking, or extra stops.
Payment may be required in advance or on the day of travel, as agreed at the time of booking.
Corporate clients may be invoiced on agreed monthly billing terms.

4. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will incur no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the fare.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup may be charged in full.
No-shows (client not present at pickup location) will be charged in full.
Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested as early as possible.

5. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we provide up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after the actual flight landing time.
For all other pickups, we provide up to 15 minutes of free waiting time.
Waiting time beyond the free allowance will be charged at an agreed hourly rate.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards our drivers and vehicles at all times.
Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles unless prior arrangements have been made.
Any damage caused to our vehicles by passengers will be charged to the client.
Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a journey if a passenger’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

7. Pet Transport

Pets must be declared at the time of booking.
Pets must be transported in a suitable carrier or harness.
Any damage or soiling caused by pets will be charged to the client.
Guide dogs and assistance animals are always welcome at no additional charge.

8. Liability

Pasha Travel UK holds full public liability insurance and complies with all TFL (Transport for London) licensing requirements.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or events due to unforeseen delays.
Clients are advised to allow sufficient travel time for their journey.
Pasha Travel UK’s liability is limited to the cost of the journey booked.

9. Lost Property

Pasha Travel UK is not responsible for items left in vehicles.
If an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it. A collection or delivery fee may apply.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left an item in one of our vehicles.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
